Chiropractors are trained to diagnose, treat, manage and prevent disorders of the bones, joints and muscles that support the body (the musculoskeletal system).
Our chiropractors are experienced in treating a wide range of conditions, including low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, migraines, tension and stress, minor sports injuries, muscle spasms and cramps, joint pains – including the shoulder, elbow, knees, hips, ankles and feet.
All our chiropractors use manipulation, mobilization and structured exercise in their treatments. Our chiropractors are also trained in Medical Acupuncture, which helps restore muscle function, relieve pain and decrease healing time; and in prescribing the nutritional and metabolic support needed for the body to heal normally.
All chiropractors are required to be registered with their statutory regulatory body, the General Chiropractic Council – it is a criminal offence to practice as a chiropractor unless you are have passed the appropriate examinations and registered as one. As part of the annual re-registration process, all chiropractors are required to complete at least 30 hours of annual learning (continuing professional development). Over their 100 years of combined clinical experience, our chiropractors have completed thousands of hours of additional training and acquired post-graduate degrees and new skills aimed at optimising patient care.
