David Palmer is a senior associate at Chiropractic Care Clinics. David graduated from the University of Wales in Cardiff in 1989, with a degree in Civil Engineering. Following this, he then attended the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth. He was amongst the first group of students to graduate from their new five-year masters degree programme. David worked in Bournemouth and Dorchester whilst completing his DC qualification, joining the BCA and the College of Chiropractors in 1999.

David has undertaken a post-graduate programme in techniques specializing in treating problems of the peripheral joints (i.e. shoulders, elbows, hands, hips, knees and feet). He gained the Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner qualification. He has also completed the 100-hour course in Basic Applied Kinesiology (AK). This employs manual muscle testing as a means of evaluating the structural, chemical and mental aspects of a patient.

David is married with three children and has inadvertent local links – as part of his engineering degree he worked on the construction of the Illminster bypass.
