We are delighted to announce that Chiropractic Care Clinics has, once again, been awarded the Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM).

Launched in 2013 by the Royal College of Chiropractors, the CQMQ is awarded to Chiropractic clinics which demonstrate excellence in a clinical environment. This includes areas such as risk management, emergency procedures, outcome measurement and patient satisfaction.

This is the 3rd time Chiropractic Care Clinics has been awarded the CMQM, which is every year since the quality mark was introduced. The quality mark has been awarded across our three clinics in Yeovil, Beaminster and Crewkerne.

Martin Young, our clinic director said:

“Being one of only a few dozen clinics to hold the quality mark for Clinical Management feels really special particularly as we have held it continuously since it was inaugurated. This year, COVID-19 has presented the most challenging clinical circumstances we have ever had to face. To receive this award in the face of such challenges is the icing on the cake.
Given that chiropractic clinics don’t have the same external audits as NHS clinics, this award is the only way of assuring the public that our standards are of the very highest order. Now our ‘COVID running’ is smooth, safe and efficient we can start identifying areas that can be further improved for the next three-year cycle.”

Due to COVID-19 the RCC’s award ceremony cannot take place as usual. Instead, the celebration ceremony will take place virtually in January to mark the occasion.

In addition to the CMQM, Chiropractic Care Clinics also holds the Patient Partnership Quality Mark (PPQM). This recognises excellence in meeting patient expectations.
